• On Jul. 28, 1958, Chongqing Xinhua Chemical Factory was established.

• In 1985, the relationship of administrative subordination transferred to Chongqing Chemical Industry Bureau.

• In 1992, established the joint venture company Chongqing Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd. after the approval of No. 628

  document by the joint contribution of Chongqing Xinhua Chemical Factory, Hongkong Yifu Co., Ltd. Hainan

  Dongyu Trade Co., Ltd.

• In 1997, the relation of subordination transferred to Yuzhong Economic Committee of Chongqing City based on the

  spirit of 'seize the big and free the small'.

• On Dec. 19, 1997, terminated the joint venture agreement by the negotiation of Chongqing Xinhua Chemical Factory,

  Hongkong Yifu Co., Ltd. Hainan Dongyu Trade Co., Ltd.

• On. Dec. 31, 1997, officially terminated the joint venture.

• In 2005, the company moved to Jiangbei Industrial Park, Tongnan County, Chongqing City, Sichuan Province, China

  and occupies an area of 175mu.

• On May 28, 2008, signed the management transfer agreement with Yuzhong Economic Committee of Chongqing

  City, Chongqing Chemical & Pharmaceutical Holding (Group) Company. According to the SASAC (Chongqing stated-

  owned assets (2008) No. 183) document, the relationship of subordination was officially transferred to Chongqing

  Chemical & Pharmaceutical Holding (Group) Company.

• On Dec. 28, 2009, by the approval of Chongqing State-owned Assets Management Committee (Chongqing stated-

  owned assets (2010) No. 791) document, Chongqing Xinhua Chemical Factory wholly-owned purchased the

  Chongqing Jiuyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.

• On Jun. 11, 2010, by the approval of Chongqing State-owned Assets Management Committee (Chongqing stated-

  owned assets (2010) No. 319) document, converted 'Chongqing Xinhua Chemical Factory' to 'Chongqing Xinhua

  Chemical Co., Ltd.'.
